In designing this villa, I had to address the challenges of a demanding, extremely sloped plot, which significantly influenced both its form and spatial layout. The villa is conceived as a composition of three volumes, each one gradually stepping up the hillside. This arrangement allows for effective use of the terrain and offers an optimal functional solution. I located the main living areas at the upper level of the site, where they offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the floodplain of the Berounka River. These views became the central motif of the design, reflected in the use of large glass surfaces. The facade combines modern materials — large-format dark ceramic panels imitating metal and fine-textured plaster. The lower floor, which includes spaces such as the garage, is clad in natural stone, creating a strong connection with the site's natural character. Although the surrounding buildings follow a more traditional architectural style, I chose a modern form that responds sensitively to its context. Through a careful combination of materials and architectural language, I achieved a harmonious integration of the villa into both the landscape and the neighborhood.
