The concept of the castle restoration emphasizes the preservation and rehabilitation of its historical valuable elements. From a structural point of view, the building is in very good condition, which makes it possible to preserve the load-bearing walls and vaults as much as possible and to restore them to original form. The restoration plan includes the renovation of the external and internal plasterwork, with the window openings replaced with modern functional replicas historic windows that respect the original aesthetics of the building. Unpretentious and non-original structures that detract from the authenticity of the building will be removed. The existing modern extension, which does not meet the current requirements for quality and functionality will be replaced by a new, modern extension. This extension will be designed to respect the architectural context and functionality of the building and will include a lift shaft to provide disabled access to the second floor. As part of the revitalisation some of the supporting structures will be modified or replaced to better to better suit the new layout and functionality requirements of the building. These changes will include the creation of new door openings to provide better connection of the individual spaces. This approach ensures a balanced compromise between preserving the historic character of the building and its modern functional adaptation.

The chateau consists of two floors, an attic and one underground floor, which will be primarily used as a wine cellar. Do The basement is accessed by a staircase from the south side. There is one room on the west side and two rooms on the east side. In one of the eastern room will be converted into a seating area, while the other will be converted into toilets. The second cellar room, located on the south façade of the castle, will be used as an archive wine cellar with access from the exterior staircase. The first floor is accessible mainly through a distinctive corten entrance on the eastern side, where the entrance hall, decorated with a vaulted ceiling, creates a representative space. On the right side of the to the right of the hall is the interview room, to the left is the hallway and cloakroom of the community centre, which is located next door. The ceiling of the community centre is decorated with a vaulted ceiling with lunettes and cut-outs. In the central part of the building there are two rooms separated by a load-bearing wall. These spaces will serve as the main corridor with a permanent exhibition on the history and culture of the village and as an information space for visitors. Stairs lead from here to the second floor. South of the central space is a café with seating, preparation room, storage and staff facilities. The northern part is reserved for public toilets, which are built into three interconnecting rooms. Next to the toilets on the west side there is a technical room. The first floor also includes a new extension that connects the central areas and includes an elevator to provide extension which connects the central areas and includes a lift to provide wheelchair access. The second floor offers a new access to the building, which includes a new access to the staircase in the northern part of the building. Opposite the staircase is a meeting room, which is accessible from the central corridor. On the west side there is a corridor and staircase leading to the attic. The eastern part of the floor includes the offices of the city office, which forms a significant part of the layout, and the staff kitchen. The southern part houses the Mayor's office, the ceremonial hall and its facilities (cloakroom). The attic will not be used to avoid interference with the authentic.

Technické informace

The design of the castle restoration emphasizes the use of traditional materials that respecting the historic character of the building, while bringing modern elements that meet contemporary requirements. The roof covering will be replaced. The facades will be rendered with lime plaster, with the first floor the first floor will be painted white and the second floor ivory. The facade articulation, such as the cornices and the corbelling, will also be painted white. During the restoration, the four historic chimneys will also be repaired, which will be bricked with solid bricks. On the first floor, the windows will be will be plain windows, while the second floor will have castellated windows with wooden frames. The doors will be predominantly timber, which will be in keeping with the with the historic character of the castle. The glazed extension, which will provide light the central space, non-traditional materials will be used. The entire structure will be raised on anthracite-painted steel frames and frames large-format glass panels will be installed. Toilets on the first floor will be located under the vaults and will be made of steel boxes painted anthracite. The ceiling above the second floor will be insulated with mineral wool, which will contribute to better thermal insulation of the building.
