Idea projektu

Projekt řeší rekonstrukci zámku zahrádky na konferenční hotel a jeho blízkého okolí. Naší hlavní myšlenkou byl nový zrod života v tomto zámku. Ta je vyobrazená jako centrální strom, jehož kořeny jsou pod zámkem, kmen prochází hlavním foyer a koruna zastřešuje zámek shora. Translation: The project involves the reconstruction of the Zahrádky castle into a conference hotel and its nearby surroundings. Our main idea was the new birth of life in this castle. It is depicted as a central tree, the roots of which are under the castle, the trunk passes through the main foyer and the treetop covers the castle from above.

Popis projektu

Zámek má v prvním podlaží vstupní prostory a jejich náležitosti, prostory pro administrativu, šatny zaměstnanců a gastronomii. Hlavní foyer, které vzniklo z původního nádvoří propojuje první tři nadzemní podlaží. S druhým a třetím nadzemním podlažím, ve kterých se nachází ubytování pro hosty, je spojeno díky pavlači. Čtvrté nadzemní podlaží obsahuje hlavní gastronomii, jeden velký sál pro 100 lidí a dva malé sály pro 50 lidí, které se dají popřípadě spojit v jeden. Paté nadzemní podlaží neboli galerie je odbytový prostor. Pod zámkem se nachází dvě podzemní podlaží s garážemi, technickými místnostmi a zásobovacím dvorem. Zrekonstruovaný statek bude obsahovat: infocentrum, expozici o historii, kavárnu, úložné prostory pro hotel a sály, dílny pro hotel a sály, čistírnu, prádelnu a možnost ubytování. Skleník a oranžerie budou zrekonstruovány do vizuálně stejného stylu jako zámek. Oranžerie bude využita jako kavárna. Translation: The castle has on the first floor the entrance areas and their essentials, spaces for administration, staff changing rooms and gastronomy. The main foyer, which was created from the original courtyard, connects the first three floors. It is connected to the second and third floors, which are the guest accommodation, thanks to a gallery. The fourth floor contains the main gastronomy, one large hall for 100 people and two small halls for 50 people, which can be combined into one. The fifth floor or gallery is a space for diners. Under the castle there are two underground floors with garages, technical rooms and a supply yard. The reconstructed farm will contain: an information center, a history exhibition, a café, storage spaces for the hotel and halls, workshops for the hotel and halls, a dry cleaner, a laundry and accommodation. The greenhouse and orangery will be reconstructed in the same visual style as the castle. The orangery will be used as a café.

Technické informace

Zámku ponecháváme původní obvodové zdi. Vnitřní konstrukce považujeme za nepoužitelné kvůli zásahu požáru. Nahrazujeme je tedy novým sloupovým ocelovým konstrukčním systémem. Hlavní strom uprostřed foyer funguje jako konstrukční prvek, který drží střešní podlaží. Dále také jako estetický a komunikační prvek. Vede jím výtah z podzemních podlaží do prvního nadzemního podlaží. Střecha je řešena ocelovou konstrukcí na kterou je připevněn střešní plášť. "Otvor" ve střeše pouští do hlavního foyer světlo přes skleněnou desku. Zámek obsahuje systém vzduchotechniky s fancoily, zásobovací výtahy v severní věži, retenční nádrže umístěné v podzemních podlažích spolu s ostatním řešením technických zařízení. Translation: We are leaving the castle with its original perimeter walls. We consider the internal structures unusable due to the fire. We are therefore replacing them with a new column steel structural system. The main tree in the middle of the foyer functions as a structural element that holds the roof floor. It also acts as an aesthetic and communication element. It leads the elevator from the underground floors to the first floor above ground. The roof is designed with a steel structure to which the roof cladding is attached. An "opening" in the roof lets light into the main foyer through a glass panel. The castle contains an air conditioning system with fan coils, supply elevators in the north tower, retention tanks located in the underground floors along with other technical equipment solutions.
