Revitalisation of the old school in Nord-Isere region
Idea projektu
(ENG) This is a renovation proposal for a school building in the village of Chimilin, aimed at creating a modern and pleasant interior environment for coworking and community gatherings. Given the limited budget, the design focused on essential repairs, while still striving to create a functional and contemporary space enriched with greenery. (CZE) Jedná se o návrh rekonstrukce školní budovy v obci Chimilin, jehož cílem bylo vytvořit moderní a příjemné vnitřní prostředí pro coworking a setkávání lidí. Vzhledem k omezenému rozpočtu se návrh soustředil na nejnutnější opravy, přesto jsem se snažil vytvořit funkční a současně moderní prostor, doplněný o zeleň.
Popis projektu
(ENG) The floor plans of both levels have only the sanitary facilities strictly defined, which are centrally located. The remaining space is designed to be flexible and can be easily adapted to the current needs of the users. In my design, the first floor includes a computer classroom and a coworking room with phone booths. On the second floor, there are offices with a small buffet on one side and a meeting room on the other. (CZE) Půdorysy obou podlaží mají pevně definované pouze hygienické zázemí, které je umístěno centrálně. Zbylý prostor je navržen jako flexibilní a lze ho snadno přizpůsobit aktuálním potřebám uživatelů. V mém návrhu se v prvním nadzemním podlaží nachází počítačová učebna a coworkingová místnost s phoneboxy. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou na jedné straně kanceláře s menším bufetem a na druhé straně zasedací místnost.
Technické informace
(ENG) During the renovation, emphasis was placed on reinforcing the load-bearing structures and the entire roof framework. Subsequently, a new staircase and sanitary facilities were installed. The new windows and façade design, which unify the entire building while improving its thermal performance, should not be overlooked either. (CZE) Při renovaci byl kladen důraz na ztužení nosných konstrukcí a celého krovu. Následně bylo osazeno nové schodiště a hygienické zázemí. Nelze opomenout ani nová okna a nové fasádní řešení, které sjednocuje celý objekt a zároveň zlepšuje tepelně-technické vlastnosti objektu.
