Outdoor space of the house for the elderly Brno
Idea projektu
The area in question is located in a quiet part of Brno, in the Líšeň district. The locality is characterized by a typical housing estate with high-rise panel houses. The site is sloping, which allows for interesting views and variability of the terrain design. The surrounding area offers plenty of greenery, including the proximity of the Líšeňská gorge and other relaxation zones, which contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The site has good transport links, either via tram lines or bus services, ensuring accessibility for residents and visitors alike.
Popis projektu
The proposed park is conceived as a multifunctional space that offers a variety of uses and supports both active and passive leisure. The entire park is divided into five main sections, which are interconnected by walkways that not only facilitate the movement of visitors around the park, but also ensure the accessibility of the individual zones, thus contributing to a logical and clear arrangement of the space. The first part of the park is intended for children and consists of a modern playground with slides, climbing frames, sandboxes and swings. These elements are designed to encourage physical activity and motor development in children of different ages. The second part is dedicated to sitting quietly and spending time with family or friends. There is a gazebo that provides pleasant shade on hot days and also offers a sheltered place for social activities. This space is ideal for small gatherings, picnics or quiet moments with a book. In the third part of the park, the dominant feature is a stone abstract sculpture that serves not only as an artistic element but also as a symbol of the connection between nature and culture. The statue is surrounded by a large grassy area that offers visitors the opportunity to relax on a blanket or engage in spontaneous activities such as outdoor yoga or games for children. The fourth section of the park is designed with a fountain as the focal point. The fountain not only aesthetically enriches the space, but also creates a pleasant microclimate thanks to the sounds of the flowing water and the humid air around it. The fifth and final part is focused on sports activities and includes a modern workout area. Here, visitors can use fitness structures, trapezes and other elements designed to exercise the whole body. This area is designed to suit both amateur athletes and those who want to engage in more challenging physical activities.
Technické informace
Při výběru dřevin a rostlin byl kladen důraz na estetickou hodnotu, odolnost a minimální nároky na údržbu. Zvoleny byly zejména listnaté stromy, jako jsou třešně, javory a jasany, které poskytnou stín v letních měsících, a okrasné keře, které obohatí prostor barevnými květy. Trávníky jsou navrženy s použitím směsí odolných travních druhů, které snesou vysokou zátěž a zároveň vytvoří příjemný měkký povrch. Mobiliář zahrnuje moderní betonové lavičky, odpadkové koše s elegantním černým designem a veřejné osvětlení s energeticky úspornými LED svítidly. Pro zpevněné plochy byla zvolena betonová dlažba, která esteticky ladí s parkem. Opěrná zídka je tvořena z přírodního kamene.
