Idea projektu

The objective of the project in the municipality of Třebotov is to stimulate local revitalization, broaden opportunities for residents, and attract visitors. It emphasizes the development of functions that strengthen the connection between the village center and its surrounding landscape, while introducing new possibilities for both the local community and tourists. The proposal includes the enhancement of public spaces, support for community-led initiatives, and the organization of engaging cultural, social, and recreational programs. Sustainability and long-term development are key principles of the project, aiming to improve the overall quality of life while promoting Třebotov as a destination of natural and cultural interest.

Popis projektu

This project consists of several phases. The first phase involves the design of an urban development plan for the site, including the creation of a new public square and adjacent buildings, in connection with the existing hospital surroundings. The second phase focuses on the design of individual buildings—in my case, an information center. The proposed information center serves as a hub for obtaining information about the premises and the municipality as a whole. It is also intended for training purposes and outdoor educational activities.

Technické informace

The structural system of the building is composed of load-bearing reinforced concrete columns, walls, and a lightweight façade system (LOP) incorporating windows and doors.
