BYTÍZ URANIUM MINE VISITOR CENTER

Idea projektu

When designing the concept, I was based on the goal of preserving important views and vistas in the given space. To achieve this, I identified three key locations from which I defined the view and vista axes, which became the determining element of the overall solution. Based on these axes, I created two separate objects, which I decided to connect with each other. At the point of their intersection, I deliberately removed part of the mass, creating a spacious terrace. I subsequently modified the shape of this terrace to allow optimal views from each of its locations. Thanks to this modification, the terrace offers a view of the museum grounds, the mining tower and the surrounding heaps, making the space not only functional, but also visually attractive and connected to the surrounding environment.

Popis projektu
