The project’s intention is to create a large open space belonging to the Southern Federal University, which is already a favorite place for dog walking and outdoor recreation, ‘a point of interest’ for the entire district.
As a project in Urban Design and Landscape, the presentation is to be sufficiently convincing with information on immediate context such as built and unbuilt massing, building profiles, existing vegetation, special features (water etc.). The precinct that you consider for the design proposal is a part of the existing urban context. The connectivity, accessibility, relationships etc. of the proposal within the context is to be clear. This proposal seems mostly isolated.
In the urban Planning analysis, transportation infrastructure, pedestrian movement and functional schematics are to be thoroughly considered with the proposal. It must be sufficiently clear in the presentation, and that must be added into the presentation. Annotations and site across sections can be used to convince the visualization.
Dear Jeeva Wijesundara, thanks for the evaluation. I'll do better next time
