The main idea of ​​the project is to create an architectural environment that emphasizes the rich historical heritage of the city and at the same time carefully preserves the natural environment. The concept is centered on the integration of architectural elements with natural landscape lines, smooth and organic forms that allow the space to look like a single whole, rather than a set of disparate objects.

Particular attention is paid to creating an atmosphere of lightness and naturalness: walking routes, the embankment and the square form a comfortable and inspiring environment for communicating with nature and culture. Natural lines and smooth changes in relief invite visitors to leisurely walks, dialogue with nature and contemplation of historical monuments. The idea combines historical context, cultural significance and environmental sustainability, creating a space that serves not only as a place of rest, but also as a center of cultural life, strengthening the connection between man and the world around him.

The reconstruction project of the central part of Pereslavl-Zalessky is aimed at creating a comfortable, functional and aesthetically attractive urban space, uniting the new embankment and the main square. The embankment, built on the site of abandoned buildings, has become a key element of the renewal, which gives the city a new breath of life. The use of natural materials and organic forms in the landscape design emphasizes the beauty of water bodies and surrounding landscapes, creating recreational areas with stunning views of the river and the opportunity to observe natural phenomena such as sunsets and morning fogs.

Smooth differences in height on the embankment provide a variety of uses of the space - there are observation platforms, convenient pedestrian routes and places for rest, which turn the streets into living public spaces, and not just transport arteries. The main square of the city has been preserved as a historical center, where architectural styles of different eras are intertwined, complemented by modern decorative elements and installations telling the unique history of Pereslavl-Zalessky.

The project pays special attention to the creation of comfortable recreation areas for local residents and visitors to the city: green spaces, benches, open areas for concerts and cultural events. The ecological aspect is expressed in the use of local plants that help preserve and maintain the natural balance, as well as create shade and protect from the wind. Area of ​​the reconstructed territory: about 15 hectares (the central part of the city, including the embankment and the main square).

The total length of the embankment is about 1.2 km.
Materials used: natural stone, local wood, environmentally friendly composite coatings.
Elevation differences: from 1.5 to 4 meters, providing comfortable viewing platforms and convenient access to the water.
Pedestrian areas are from 3 to 6 meters wide.
Organization of pedestrian routes and descents to the water with soft corners and smooth transitions.

Main square:
Area - about 3,500 sq.m.
Recreation areas: benches and green islands, occupying about 30% of the area.
Multifunctional open spaces for cultural and public events - about 1,200 sq.m.
Integrated historical and modern decorative elements, including information panels and art installations.

Green spaces:
Use of local tree and shrub species.
Greenery accounts for about 50% of the total project area.
Inclusion of flower beds and seasonal plantings to support biodiversity.
