House for FOUR

Idea projektu

The aim of the design was to create a compact and functional family house that meets the needs of a modern four-member family while minimizing construction and operational costs. The concept seeks a balance between spatial efficiency and usability, with an emphasis on maximizing the living area. The living scenario is based on the everyday life of a typical family, with flexibility built into the layout to accommodate future changes and needs.

Popis projektu

The house is located on a flat plot with convenient access to local infrastructure. Its orientation respects the cardinal directions: the living zone faces south and west to capture sunlight, while the private (night) zone is oriented to the north and east for a calmer atmosphere. The garden extends the living area and enhances the connection between the interior and the exterior. Parking for two vehicles is provided at the front, with an option for future covered parking.

Technické informácie

The house is built with brick walls and extra insulation for better energy efficiency. It has a flat roof with waterproof covering and a strong concrete ceiling. Windows and doors are made of aluminum with triple glazing to keep the heat in. The outside is finished with white plaster for a clean look. Inside, there are vinyl floors in the living areas and ceramic tiles in bathrooms and technical rooms. The whole house has underfloor heating for comfortable and efficient warmth.
