Idea projektu

Základným ideovým východiskom návrhu bolo vytvoriť domov - nielen stavbu, ale miesto, ktoré prirodzene reaguje na potreby štvorčlennej rodiny a ponúka každodenný komfort, funkčnosť i pokoj. Návrh reflektuje potrebu harmonického spolužitia s prírodou, prirodzeného presvetlenia, súkromia a flexibilného vnútorného priestoru. Dôležitou súčasťou konceptu je vytvorenie priestoru pre spoločné rodinné chvíle aj individuálne oddychové zóny - v exteriéri i interiéri. The basic idea behind the design was to create a home - not just a building, but a place that naturally responds to the needs of a family of four and offers everyday comfort, functionality and peace. The design reflects the need for harmonious coexistence with nature, natural light, privacy and flexible interior space. An important part of the concept is the creation of space for shared family moments and individual relaxation zones - both outdoors and indoors.

Rodinný dom je osadený na pozemku s rozmermi 19 998 x 38 206 mm (763,5 m²), ktorý sa nachádza v pokojnom obytnom prostredí. Pozemok svojou orientáciou a proporciami poskytuje dostatok priestoru pre záhradu, prístup, parkovanie aj pobytové plochy. Objekt je situovaný 6 metrov od ulice, čo vytvára prirodzený odstup od verejného priestoru a umožňuje vytvoriť vstupný predpriestor so zeleňou a parkovacím státím pre dve autá. Architektonické riešenie je založené na kompozícii troch kvádrov - jednotlivých hmôt, ktoré sú funkčne rozdelené a zároveň tvoria kompaktný celok. Stredný kváder s vyššou svetlou výškou je určený pre dennú zónu - kuchyňu, jedáleň a obývaciu izbu. Vďaka vysokému stropu a preskleniam pôsobí vzdušne a svetlo, pričom je prepojený s átriom aj veľkou záhradnou terasou., Centrálna poloha podporuje jeho rolu srdca domácnosti. Bočné kvádre slúžia ako nočné zóny - jeden pre rodičov (s vlastnou kúpeľňou) a druhý pre deti, medzi ktorými je vložené druhé átrium s hojdačkou. Architektúra domu je založená na čistých líniách a geometrickej jasnosti. Využitie francúzskych okien a minimalistického členenia fasád podporuje vizuálnu jednoduchosť, zatiaľ čo práca so svetlom a priestorom vytvára príjemnú atmosféru pre bývanie. The family house is set on a plot of land measuring 19,998 x 38,206 mm (763.5 m²), which is located in a quiet residential area. The plot, with its orientation and proportions, provides enough space for a garden, access, parking and living areas. The building is situated 6 meters from the street, which creates a natural distance from the public space and allows for the creation of an entrance hall with greenery and parking for two cars. The architectural solution is based on the composition of three blocks - individual masses, which are functionally divided and at the same time form a compact whole. The middle block with a higher clear height is intended for the daily zone - kitchen, dining room and living room. Thanks to the high ceiling and glazing, it looks airy and bright, while it is connected to the atrium and a large garden terrace., The central location supports its role as the heart of the household. The side cuboids serve as night zones - one for the parents (with their own bathroom) and the other for the children, between which a second atrium with a swing is inserted. The architecture of the house is based on clean lines and geometric clarity. The use of French windows and minimalist facades promote visual simplicity, while the work with light and space creates a pleasant atmosphere for living.

Technické informácie

Rodinný dom je navrhnutý ako jednopodlažný objekt s plochými strechami. Hlavným konštrukčným a zároveň vizuálnym prvkom je pohľadový betón, ktorý tvorí fasádu objektu a dodáva mu moderný, čistý a nadčasový výraz. Betónové plochy sú doplnené vegetačnými prvkami - na strechách kvádrov s nižšou svetlou výškou sú navrhnuté extenzívne zelené strechy, ktoré podporujú tepelnú stabilitu objektu a zlepšujú mikroklímu pozemku. The family house is designed as a single-storey building with flat roofs. The main structural and visual element is exposed concrete, which forms the facade of the building and gives it a modern, clean and timeless expression. The concrete surfaces are complemented by vegetation elements - extensive green roofs are designed on the roofs of the blocks with a lower clear height, which support the thermal stability of the building and improve the microclimate of the plot.
