Idea projektu

The proposed object is a two-generacy house, which is a combination of council buildings. From this reason I tried the object as far as possible prizpúso- bit with my design to the flange of stopping and zaroven zavest moderni elements. Obiekt consists of e 3 blocks and one troibok prism. Two blocks orientated on the north stair side of the property towards the street. The third block is oriented on the southwest side by a sweeper to a garden with a dominant glass edifice where the social zone is located. Three-sided prism works as a roof object and also as the resting cast object.

The available dom noticeable influenced the preservation of vinny cellars and whirlpool rooms in the 1st floor and that, that the house will be occupied by 2 families. From this reason, the layout was designed to meet the requirements of the investor and at the same time to a healthy detachment of each housing units and to create a communal space. 1.NP serves primarily as a manufactured and serviced part. Zádver is designed to be the main common room of both families and to be connected to other main mists of the object. There is a company garázi, which with its flat stand for 2 cars, a menstractor and service to nèm. Technické informace

One with a wall construction system made of Ceramic Shapes Porotherm. The ceilings are Reinforced Concrete Monolithic. The facade is painted white. The entrance is skylit by stained plates. All the frames by the windows and the door are plastic and anthracite in colour.

Velmi povedený návrh dvojdomu. Z vizualizace se mi zdá dělící stěna velmi subtilní. Obecně pokud se jedná o stěnu dělící 2 byty je potřebné dosáhnout vzduchové neprůzvučnosti 53 dB, což zajistí AKU cihly tl. 250 nebo 300 mm. Častěji, ale v těchto případech je potřeba dosáhnou požadavku meziobjektového (řadové domy), který je 57 dB. Toho dosáhneme pouze zdvojenými konstrukcemi. Nejužší variantou na trhu je použití dvou zdí z cihel HELUZ AKU 17,5 Z s min. 40 mm separací izolantem. Min. tl je pak okolo 400 mm. Dále bych pak doporučil takto rozsáhlé okenní plochy stínit vnější stíněním. Zde se nabízí možnost použití našich překladů HELUZ FAMILY 3in1, které v sobě nesou prostor pro instalaci stínicí techniky a zároveň jsou nosné.
