We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the diverse field of HR within the hospitality context. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields who are looking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting. The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions, contributing to our mission of maintaining an inspiring, inclusive, and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.• Support onboarding and training initiatives for new hires.• Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement and wellness programs.• Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.• Help maintain employee records in the HR information system.• Contribute to the planning and execution of staff events and team-building activities.• Provide support in managing employee relations and addressing inquiries.• Assist with HR projects and research on best practices in HR management within the hospitality industry.
