Mým hlavním záměrem při vytváření tohoto projektu bylo navrhnout funkční moderní a originální rodinný dům s velkým využitím přírodního světla, který se hodí jak do městského prostředí tak do přírody My intention in creating this project was to design a functional modern and original family house with a large intake of natural light, which is suitable for both the urban environment and nature
Popis projektu
Stavba je navržena jako dvoupodlažní obytný dům s garáží, bazénem a terasou. Dům vyniká hlavně předním oknem, které se táhne po celé výšce budovy a tím vnáší světlo do obou pater. This building is designed as a two-storey residential house with a garage, swimming pool and terrace. The house stands out mainly through the front window, which extends along the entire height of the building and than brings light to both floors.
Technické informace
V přízemí se nachází společenská zóna, malá předsíň chodbou spojena s obývacím pokojem z se můžeme zadním východem dostat na terasu a k bazénu. Dále v přízemí najdeme spojenou kuchyň s jídelnou naproti WC a garáž. V druhém patře se po vstupu do prosvětlené chodby dále dostaneme do hlavní koupelny, venkovní odpočinkové místnosti a na konci je pokoj a ložnice. On the ground floor there is a social zone, a small hallway connected with the living room by a corridor, from which we can get to the terrace and swimming pool through the backdoor. Furthermore, on the ground floor we find connected kitchen with a dining room, over the way there is the toilet and a garage. On the second floor, after entering the bright hallway, we get to the main bathroom, outdoor lounge and at the end is the room and bedroom.
