Centra obce Středokluky

CZ Obec Středokuky má 3 výrazné centry s jejichž podobou jsme pracovali. Snažili jsme se především posílit kvality území a pracovat s identitou místa. Pro vizualitu obce jsou charakteristické kamenné zdí, barokní sochy a nepravidelnost urbánní struktury. Každé centrum má odlišnou atmosféru kterou jsme bud’ mírně měnili nebo utvářeli od nuly . V každém centru obce se vyznačí dominanty které toto centrum zastupují : Obecní úřad, Hasičská Zbrojnice, Kostel. Při řešení veřejných prostranství jsme se především orientovali na pohyb chodců a cyklistů. Zaměřili jsme se na zkvalitnění dopravních uzlu, vytvoření nových pobytových zón. Do veřejných prostorů jsme navrhli řadu inspirativních unikátních objektů. EN The village of Středokuky has 3 significant centers with the form we worked with. Above all, we tried to strengthen the quality of the area and work with the identity of the place. The visuality of the village is characterized by stone walls, Baroque sculptures and the irregularity of the urban structure. Each center has a different atmosphere that we have either slightly changed or shaped from scratch. In each center of the village, the dominants that represent this center are marked: Municipal Office, Hasičská Zbrojnice, Church. When solving public spaces, we mainly focused on the movement of pedestrians and cyclists. We focused on improving transport hubs, creating new residential zones. We have designed a number of inspiring unique objects for public spaces.

CZ Ve struktuře obce Středokluky se vyznačujou tři centry, jejichž budoucí podobu představujeme v našem návrhu. Historické centrum Občane vnímají prostor u rybníku jako místo pro únik do přírody. Tuto myšlenku jsme chtěli v návrhu posílit. V částí s největším pobytovým potenciálem navrhujeme schůdky k vodě. Plocha vody může taky sloužit k pohybu lidí a interakcí s vodou díky velkým kamenům v rybníků. Prostor před kostelem a ulice Ke Kinu je naopak navržen jako reprezentativní. Vstup do kostela je zdůrazněn radiálním mozaikovým vzorem dlažby. Pro hospodu navrhujeme terasu s výhledem na kostel. Celé centrum je dle návrhu sdíleným prostorem. Vozovka ulice Kladenska je zvýšená do úrovně chodníku, a je řešená žulovou dlažbou. Tímto je zaručeno pocitové propojení jednotlivých části návsi, a zaručení kontroly rychlostí vozidel a pozornosti řidičů. Společenské centrum V těžišti obce se nachází Společenské centrum, kam navrhujeme novostavbu Obecního Úřadu a Spolkový Dům. Ve hlavě ulice Školská vznikne budova OÚ a pošty. Zatímco nevyužitý objekt v ulici Lidická bude rekonstruován pro potřeby spolků a školy. Tímto rozdělením dosáhneme nejenom jasné diferenciace funkcí pozemků, ale také možnosti rozdělení fázi výstavby, když OÚ se rychle postaví současnou technologii a tím zaručeně nabídne komfortní prostředí pro práci a schůzky zastupitelstva, zatímco rekonstrukce Spolkového Domu může jít druhou fázi. Návrh Obecního Úřadu Hmota budovy OÚ byla vytvořena tak, aby respektovala okolní budovy, navazovala na výstavbu v ulici Školská a doplnila celkový obraz města. Základ tvaru střechy byl převzat z tradiční sedlové střechy a následně upraven na nepravidelnou geometrii pro větší expresi a zdůraznění významu objektu pro město. V obci se velmi často vyskytují krásné zdi z pískovce. Tento motiv kamenné zdi jsme se rozhodli volně interpretovat při řešení fasády budovy z vrstveného betonu. Okno zasedací místnosti je navrženo tak, aby vyvolalo u občanů dojem přehlednosti důležitých rozhodnutí, které se za nim odehrávají. Pobytové schody propojí sál a předprostor sokolovny a povýší ho na plnohodnotné náměstí. Zde se může konat letní kino, plesy, tradiční svátky. Dřevěná terasa před schodištěm bude běžně sloužit pro návštěvníky hospody. Věříme, že takové místo může přitáhnout nejen obyvatele obce, ale i lidi z nejbližších obcí. Návrh Spolkového Domu Stávající objekt na parcele č. 152 by mohl být jednoduše přeměněn na Spolkový Dům. Navrhujeme otevřít skrytou krásu domu, která spočívá ve výrazů kleneb a oblouků, které jsou dnes zazděné. Zachovali jsme velkorysou podobu sálů a navrhujeme rekonstrukci s jasnou dispozici. Centrem domu je knihovna s domácí atmosférou. Dům by mohl také sloužit pro potřeby školy. Navrhujeme přesun památníku obětem 1. a 2. Světové války na výrazné místo v Lidické ulici a otevření brány do dvora. Z vnitřního prostoru budou nově přístupné škola a Spolkový Dům. Vnitřní dvůr školy je dle návrhu uzavřenou zahrádkou se hřištěm. Servisní centrum Návrh Hasičské zbrojnice a centra služeb Na velké zastavěné parcele jsme se rozhodli nechat pouze halový objekt,neboť hodnota ostatních objektů je pochybná. Halový objekt nově bude sloužit jako hasičská zbrojnice a centrum služeb a bohatě vystačí pro potřeby stavebního programu. V přízemí budou hlavně garáže, dílny a sklady. V patře budou kanceláře a klubovny. Fasáda je z cortenové oceli. Návrh parku odpadů Rozhodli jsme se, že není nutné skrývat kontejnery s objemným odpadem za ploty, protože se ukázalo, že se dají zapojit do veřejného prostoru a stát se jejích výrazným prvkem. Před zbrojnici tak vznikne park odpadů. Naším záměrem je změnit postoj lidí k těmto objektům, které jsou součástí našeho každodenního života. Vysadili jsme stromy ve stejných nádobách z cortenové oceli jako ty, ve kterých je uložen odpad. Ulice Školská ulice je nejvýznamnější ulici obce. Navrhujeme udělat ulici průjezdnou s jednosměrným provozem vozidel. Celá ulice je pojatá jako parková. V těžišti profilu je široký pobytový chodník vydlážděný přírodním kamenem. Předzahrádky škol navrhujeme udělat veřejně přístupné. Oplocení, které v současné době mají navrhujeme změnit na keřovou výsadbu, občas vystřídanou lavičkami. Ulice Lidická a Kladenská jsou mírně zúžené, v ulici Lidická je vymezená cyklostezka, která pokračuje v ulici Školské. Vozovky ve společenském centru jsou v úrovní chodníku a nájezd je zajištěn zpomalovacími prahy v podobě ramp. Nečekaným řešením pro Středokluky je použití dlažby ze štípaného kamene, který svoji hranatostí a nepravidelností zapadne do vizuality obce, neboť ve struktuře sídla a objektech se stále objevujou nepravidelné a trojúhelníkové útvary. Dlažba se objeví v ulici Školská a v prostoru kolem rybníku. V kontrastu ke strohosti žulové dlažby umožní podpoření přírodního charakteru těchto míst. Pěší cesta ze společenského centra k rybníku je rytmizována střídáním přírodního a reprezentativního charakterů míst. EN The structure of the village Středokluky features three centers, the future form of which we present in our proposal. Historic centre Citizens perceive the area by the pond as a place to escape into nature. We wanted to strengthen this idea in the proposal. In the part with the greatest residential potential, we propose steps to the water. The surface of the water can also be used to move people and interact with water due to large stones in ponds. The area in front of the church and Ke Kinu Street, on the other hand, is designed to be representative. The entrance to the church is emphasized by a radial mosaic pattern of tiles. For the pub we design a terrace overlooking the church. The whole center is, according to the design, a shared space. The roadway of Kladenska Street is raised to the level of the sidewalk, and is solved by granite paving. This guarantees the emotional connection of the individual parts of the semi-trailer, and guarantees the control of vehicle speeds and the attention of drivers. Community center In the center of gravity of the village is the Community Center, where we propose a new building of the Municipal Office and the Federal House. The OÚ and post office building will be built at the head of Školská Street. While the unused building in Lidická Street will be reconstructed for the needs of associations and schools. With this division, we will achieve not only a clear differentiation of land functions, but also the possibility of dividing the construction phase, when the district office will quickly build the current technology and thus guarantee a comfortable environment for work and council meetings, while the reconstruction of the Federal House can go the second phase. Proposal of the Municipal Office The mass of the OÚ building was created in such a way as to respect the surrounding buildings, follow the construction in Školská Street and complete the overall picture of the city. The base of the roof shape was taken from the traditional saddle roof and subsequently modified to an irregular geometry for greater expression and emphasis on the importance of the building for the city. Beautiful sandstone walls very often occur in the village. We decided to freely interpret this stone wall motif when solving the facade of a building made of laminated concrete. The window of the meeting room is designed to give citizens the impression of clarity of important decisions that take place behind them. The residential stairs will connect the hall and the anteroom of the falconry and will elevate it to a full-fledged square. There can be a summer cinema, balls, traditional holidays. The wooden terrace in front of the stairs will normally serve for visitors to the pub. We believe that such a place can attract not only residents of the village, but also people from the nearest villages. Design of the Federal House The existing building on plot no. 152 could simply be converted into a Federal House. We propose to open the hidden beauty of the house, which lies in the expressions of arches and arches, which are walled up today. We have preserved the generous appearance of the halls and are proposing a reconstruction with a clear layout. The center of the house is a library with a homely atmosphere. The house could also be used for school needs. We are proposing to move the memorial to the victims of the First and Second World Wars to a prominent place in Lidická Street and to open the gate to the courtyard. The school and the Federal House will be newly accessible from the interior. According to the design, the inner courtyard of the school is an enclosed garden with a playground. Service center Design of a fire station and service center We decided to leave only the hall building on the large built-up plots, as the value of the other buildings is questionable. The hall building will now serve as a fire station and service center and will suffice for the needs of the construction program. On the ground floor there will be mainly garages, workshops and warehouses. Upstairs will be offices and clubhouses. The facade is made of corten steel. Waste park design We decided that it was not necessary to hide bulky waste containers behind fences, because it turned out that they could be connected to public space and become a significant element of it. This will create a waste park in front of the armory. Our intention is to change people's attitudes towards these objects, which are part of our daily lives. We planted the trees in the same Corten steel containers as the waste. Street Školská Street is the most important street in the village. We propose to make the street passable with one-way traffic. The whole street is conceived as a park. In the center of gravity of the profile is a wide residential sidewalk paved with natural stone. We propose to make school front gardens publicly accessible. The fencing they currently have is proposed to be changed to shrub planting, sometimes replaced by benches. Lidická and Kladenská streets are slightly narrowed, in Lidická street there is a defined cycle path, which continues in Školská street. The roads in the community center are at the level of the sidewalk and the driveway is secured by deceleration thresholds in the form of ramps. An unexpected solution for Středokluky is the use of paving made of chipped stone, which with its angularity and irregularity fits into the visuality of the village, as irregular and triangular shapes still appear in the structure of the seat and buildings. The paving will appear in Školská Street and in the area around the pond. In contrast to the austerity of granite paving, it will support the natural character of these places. The walking path from the community center to the pond is rhythmized by alternating natural and representative characters of places.

CZ Závěr Při práci na projektu snahou bylo najít a odhalit skryté potenciály obce. Pracovali jsme s odlišnými charaktery center obce, definovanými jejich historii, polohou v obci a funkcemi objektů v nich umístěných. Do každého centra jsme navrhli určitý interaktivní prvek, který by sloužil pro oživení prostoru a inspiroval by lidi k různému využití těch prostor. V historickém centru to jsou kamene v rybníku, pro společenské centrum navrhujeme pobytové schody, v servisním centru je to park odpadů. V každém centru je nově jen jedná dominanta: Obecní úřad, Hasičská, Kostel. EN Conclusion While working on the project, the effort was to find and reveal the hidden potentials of the village. We worked with different characters of the village centers, defined by their history, location in the village and the functions of the objects located in them. For each center, we designed a certain interactive element that would serve to enliven the space and inspire people to use those spaces in different ways. In the historic center there are stones in the pond, for the community center we design residential stairs, in the service center it is a waste park. In each center there is now only one dominant: Municipal Office, Fire Department, Church.
