LODĚNICE A PRODEJNA JACHTAŘSKÉHO VYBAVENÍ V PŘÍSTAVU PODOLÍ

Náplní byla celková reanimace prostoru přístavu podolí, zbudování nového zázemí pro jachtaře (depozity lodí, prodejna jachtařských potřeb, klubovny a zázemí dočasně kotvících lodí), vybavení pro ostatní sportovce (šatny, malá venkovní sportoviště, občerstvení), drobnější krátkodobé ubytování atd. Zachována bude původní dřevěná budova Yacht Klubu i nová budova CERE. Ve skupinách jsme řešili koncept celé oblasti a pak samostatně jednotlivé objekty v podrobnosti. The content was the overall reanimation of the Podolí port area, construction of new facilities for yachtsmen (boat deposits, yacht shop, clubhouses and facilities for temporarily moored boats), equipment for other athletes (locker rooms, small outdoor sports grounds, refreshments), smaller short-term accommodation, etc. The original wooden building of the Yacht Club and the new building of CERE won't be changed. In groups, we solved the concept of the whole area and then the individual objects in detail.

Loděnice a budova prodejny se nachází u vstupu do podolského přístavu. Od podolského nábřeží ke stávající budově jachtařského klubu Cere je vytvořen veřejný prostor s návazností na vytvořený obchod a pochozí střechu loděnice. V 1.PP je umístěna loděnice a garáže pro uskladnění lodí. The shipyard and the store building are located at the entrance of the Podolský port. From the Podolské nábřeží to the existing building of the yacht club Cere, a public space has been created in connection with the created shop and the walking roof of the shipyard. In the 1st undeground floor there is a shipyard and a garage for storing boats.
