EN STATEMENT COWORKING CENTRE - JOYFUL OFFICE As the name suggests, the main goal of our project is to create an object that will make you happy. Therefore, our building must be functional so that it meets the requirements of the people who will visit it and so that they feel comfortable and happy in it. Our coworking centre will be a base for people to realise themselves. The building will be multifunctional and will provide people with spaces to work or collaborate, but also to relax and communicate with other people. But the primary goal of the building is coworking - a shared workplace. The idea of a shared workplace intrigued us so much that we chose it for our project. Our building will be located in a gap on Nové Sady Street. We want to make the most of the space between two existing buildings, so we will connect our building to the three gables of the existing buildings that define the gap and therefore the site of our building. In its shape, the building maintains rectangularity and no organic shapes are used, taking into account the surrounding buildings so that our building fits into the context of the site. The façade is made up of numerous vertical elements to support verticality. The horizontal elements are placed with respect to the neighbouring buildings. The building is designed in a skeleton system, allowing us to make better use of the spaces. The building has four floors above ground and two underground floors. The building is designed with a split level, where a staircase divides the building into two parts. Communication spaces are provided by the staircase. In the open sleeping areas we use staircases that can be used for presentations, or for work or study. Furthermore, the communication in the building is taken care of by lifts and therefore wheelchair access is provided throughout the building. The underground floor is used for car parking. The underground floors are accessed by a freight elevator, which is accessed from Nové Sady Street. On the first floor there is a lobby. It contains the reception. From the lobby, the public can walk to the café or use the commercial space in our centre. On the second floor there is the main open space. The open space makes up almost the entire level of that floor. On the third floor there is a second open space, which is connected by a passage to the open space on the second floor. There is also a closed office, a small lecture hall and the possibility of using a meeting room on this floor. On the fourth and therefore last floor there is a lecture hall, which will be converted into an open space if necessary and used for the work of the centre's clients. There are also closed offices and a meeting room on this floor. All floors are equipped with toilets, including toilets for the disabled. From the first floor there is access to the garden from the café and from the last floor there is access to the terrace overlooking the Petrov church and other beauties of the city of Brno. In our project we are trying to respond to nature and to connect our coworking centre with it. This is achieved both by the garden and terrace, but also by the loggias on the street facade. CZ STATEMENT COWORKINGOVÉ CENTRUM - RADOSTNÁ KANCELÁŘ Jak již název napovídá, hlavním cílem našeho projektu je vytvořit objekt, který bude dělat radost. Naše stavba tedy musí být funkční tak, aby splňovala požadavky lidí, kteří ji budou navštěvovat a aby se v ní tedy i cítili dobře a měli v ní radost. Naše coworkingové centrum bude pro lidi zázemím, ve kterém se budou moci realizovat. Objekt bude polyfunkční a bude lidem poskytovat prostory pro práci nebo spolupráci, ale i relaxaci a komunikaci s ostatními lidmi. Primárním cílem objektu je ale coworking - sdílené pracoviště. Myšlenka sdíleného pracoviště nás zaujala natolik, že jsme si ji zvolili i pro náš projekt. Naše budova bude stát v proluce na ulici Nové Sady. Snahou je maximálně využít prostor mezi dvěma stávajícími domy a tak naši budovu napojíme na tři štíty stávajících budov, které nám vymezují proluku a tedy místo naší stavby. Ve svém tvaru budova zachovává pravoúhlost a není užito organických tvarů a to s ohledem na okolní zástavbu, aby naše budova zapadala do kontextu daného místa. Fasáda je tvořena četnými svislými prvky, aby byla podpořena vertikalita. Horizontálně použité prvky jsou umístěny s ohledem na sousední budovy. Budova je navržena ve skeletovém systému a tím se nám umožní lepší využití prostorů. Stavba má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a dvě podzemní podlaží. Budova je navržena tzv. split levelem, kdy nám schodiště rozděluje budovu na dvě části. Komunikační prostory jsou zajištěny schodišti. U open spaců využíváme pobytových schodišť, které mohou být využity při prezentacích, nebo pro práci či pro studium. Dále se o komunikaci v budově starají výtahy a je tedy zajištěn i bezbariérový přistup v celé budově. Podzemní podlaží slouží k parkování vozidel. Do podzemních podlaží je zajištěn vstup pomocí nákladního výtahu, do kterého se vjíždí z ulice Nové Sady. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází vstupní hala. Ta obsahuje recepci. Ze vstupní haly může veřejnost projít až do kavárny a nebo využít komerční prostory v našem centru. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází hlavní open space. Open space tvoří téměř celou úroveň daného patra. Ve třetím podlaží se nachází druhý open space, který je spojený průhledem s open spacem ve druhém podlaží. V tomto podlaží se také nachází uzavřená kancelář, malý přednáškový sál a je zde i možnost využití zasedací místnosti. Ve čtvrtém a tedy posledním patře se nachází přednáškový sál, který bude v případě potřeby přeměněn na open space a využit tak pro práci klientů centra. Dále jsou v tomto patře umístěny i uzavřené kanceláře a zasedací místnost. Všechna patra jsou vybavena toaletami, včetně toalet pro ZTP. Z prvního nadzemního patra je z kavárny umožněn vstup na zahradu a z posledního nadzemního patra je možnost vstupu na terasu s výhledem na kostel Petrov a další krásy města Brna. U našeho projektu se snažíme reagovat i na přírodu a spojit s ní proto naše coworkingové centrum. Toho docílíme jednak zahradou a terasou, ale i lodžiemi na uliční fasádě.
