Hello !
The idea is definitely heading in the right direction and I can tell there is some strength in the concept. One of the issues I hope is not the lack of making any people to understand how the project responds to its surrounding. It seems there is a striking absence around the project context, which I would say is the most important aspect.
Also, with the rest of the skeleton, an explanation on how every structure comes out will be required. It is currently unclear how the suspended parts of the building will be supported, especially in regards to what will be holding and supporting the entire structure. A simple section or a structural drawing could greatly improve the understanding of the project.
This also means that they predominantly look at each other (one of the face-to-face situations) which raises issues of views, privacy, sunlight, and so forth. It is unknown how you intend to manage that. I do not here complaint about anything, but would appreciate seeing your thoughts around it.
In general, the concept is intriguing; it's just a matter of delving deeper into the framework. There is a potential here; it simply needs greater emphasis.
You might consider developing a modular system. This could add some flexibility and richness to your design. You could show variations of the module, at different scales. Doing so could make the proposal easier to explain, and to depict how the building expands, adapts, or operates. This may be very beneficial to the overall concept.
Best of luck!
