Architecture
Residence designed for a small family with 2BHK with private open spaces in contemporary style more
Overall, this project presents a solid conceptual and spatial understanding of residential architecture. The integration of landscaping, spatial zoning, and sensory design strategies indicates a thoughtful approach to user experience. The visual representation is attractive and engaging, offering a strong first impression.
*Organization and Layout:
The presentation board feels slightly crowded and fragmented. Grouping similar content (e.g., zoning diagrams, sections, and plans) more systematically would improve legibility and narrative flow.
*Envelope and Façade Elaboration:
The envelope design shows potential, especially with the use of dynamic forms and material contrasts. However, more detailed articulation is needed to explain the rationale behind material choices, shading devices, and structural expressions.
Diagrams or sketches that illustrate the envelope’s thermal, environmental, and aesthetic functions would strengthen the
Design Narrative and User Experience:
The spatial flow and zoning are clear, but the narrative of how the design responds to user needs, site orientation, and climate can be more deeply explored.
*Rendering and Visualization:
The renderings are vibrant and help convey the intended ambiance. Nonetheless, a few perspectives feel repetitive or overly focused on decorative elements rather than spatial quality.
You might want to include at least one diagrammatic-exploded axonometric view to showcase construction logic or design layers.
