Hello Oliwia Jagła, & Karolina Kaczor.
First of all, I like the presentation drawings. The layout plans seem almost perfect, and the detail of the facade and section is wonderful. The use of natural light has been used to its maximum potential through the interior and exterior views.
The key concern that I have is that this project lacks some context. Was it an existing building that has been renovated or If it is new, then why divide it into two buildings when the program is the same?
The bridge is important, but it feels like an add-on or afterthought rather than part of the design language. And it should also be connected with the 2nd floor as well.
The contrast is interesting as form-wise Static has more dynamic functions ( commercial etc) and form-wise Dynamic has more static function (house/apartment).
Thank you for the project, and good luck with your future endeavors.
