The project, more sculptural than architectural, seems very interesting to me and, in some way, although it represents a commemorative monument, it is rather site-specific.
The way it reinterprets the three streets of the vehicular intersection and how it fills and redefines the urban space appears to me to be appropriate and evocative.
Furthermore, the idea of making this large sculpture habitable and transforming it into a place for meeting and reflection seems like an excellent concept.
If I were to offer any suggestions to improve the intervention, I would try to develop pedestrian connections from the rest of the urban space toward the central monument, which otherwise remains isolated like a small island.
Additionally, I would propose a control system to limit the potential for deterioration caused by urban vandalism.
