A project is a place of reflection, silence, and prayer; an intimate space for the encounter with oneself and nature. A place of contemplation that is a kind of stele, refuge, and sanctuary. It is proposed to raise three points that serve as mountains and that emerge from the ground, resulting in a diaphanous space that seeks the spiritual and essential connection of whoever visits it.

It is intended to balance the congested built structure around with soft aspects of a green landscape that is accessible physically as well as visually. The main purpose of this design is to create a common ground for human contact, and a socialization space for a shared activity. Simply, a breathing space in midst of the crowded commercialized zone.

The height of 60 feet white sculpture resembles the great mountain where the brave Pasang Lhamu Sherpa was a first lady who climbed and became a huge inspiration for not only Nepali but for the whole world to look upon. Also, the 60 feet height is a landmark to give a sense of identity to space. The physical setting of a place is arranged with stone texture and sitting form to give a sense of enclosure and a sense of place to the people

The basic concept is to make this memorial park open for all visitors which creates break-out space in the busy core area. The proposed site is visible from all three corner side of roads so the user could easily identify it, Structure is oriented towards the main road keeping open to all three sides to create visual interest from the road.

Water drainage is available on the site to retain, small water bodies are located at the entrance side which also collect water within from site during the rainy season. which serve a purpose for the watering plant. The structure is distinct from far which creates a curious hike for the observer.

Sustainable development is an issue that becomes very useful in creating heal-their cities and spaces, as the principles of sustainability is focusing on social, economic, and environmental issues and natural resources preservation. If a design could be in the direction of sustainable development and, in simple words, with the existing potential it could respond to sustainable development needs, it could be evaluated as a sustainable design. Regarding the fact that urban public spaces play major roles in real city life, from socio-economic issues to cultural and environmental matters, sustainable development subjects can help the designers and managers have more efficient public spaces and, as the result, a city with higher standards to live. In this research, after studying urban public space and sustainable development topics, some important instructions are helpful for designers regarding the sustainable development of the urban public.
