Hello, Joshua Paredes
Thank you for your attention, I really couldn't initially open the pdf. Now everything is clear, the traffic patterns are good and I am glad that you also dealt with the problem of industrial port (vital for the city).
It would have been good if there was a parking zone represented near the area that also includes the Olympic Park (in the possibility of sporting events). The city also presents traffic alternatives for the road parallel to the waterfront, which can support the idea of a limited traffic zone on the area analyzed and proposed by you (residents only for example or only at certain intervals, there may be time windows in which the whole area belongs to pedestrians, of course except the industrial zone).
The suggestion to create shaded areas remains valid, otherwise there will be a beautiful space but impracticable for more than a half a day.
It is a good, feasible and very well represented project.
I wish you much success!
