This proposal for the Miris Garden Villa strikes an elegant balance between tradition and modern comfort, successfully integrating local stone architecture with minimalist design. The thoughtful use of passive strategies like stone massing, green roofing and natural ventilation showcases a clear commitment to sustainability and climate responsiveness. The layout offers both functionality and a sense of tranquility, with well-zoned private and communal areas.
For further development, it would be beneficial to explore more detail in material transitions and the relationship between the villa’s stilts and the natural landscape beneath. Overall, the project demonstrates a refined sensitivity to place and purpose. Congratulations on a well executed and contextually grounded design.
