This project delivers a thoughtful and well-articulated interpretation of Croatian urban form through its fragmented massing and terraced volumes. The subtraction strategy using a 3x3 meter grid is conceptually strong and effectively humanizes the scale while enhancing livability. The sectional clarity and spatial zoning demonstrate sound technical and architectural reasoning.
To further develop the scheme, exploring facade treatments or material variation could enrich the overall expression and connection to local identity. A promising and well executed design, congratulations!
