This project presents a well-organized architectural concept with strong roots in traditional courtyard typology, reinterpreted in a contemporary language. The radial composition, anchored by a central water feature and green spaces, effectively recreates the cloister atmosphere inviting reflection, interaction and leisure. The integration of diverse functions like the auditorium, spa, agora and commercial spaces speaks to a holistic approach that considers both the tourist and the local community.
The drawings are clear and well-executed, especially the sectional cuts and facade compositions, which illustrate spatial layering and structural clarity. One constructive suggestion would be to explore further how the inner courtyards and circulation galleries perform in terms of thermal comfort and shading, particularly in response to the regional climate. Additionally, softening the axial layout in certain parts may enhance the human experience by allowing for a more organic interaction with the landscape.
Overall, the proposal is ambitious yet grounded, showing both design discipline and sensitivity to place.
