This residential project thoughtfully integrates architecture with Croatia's distinctive natural landscape and topography. By allowing nature to guide the villa's form, the design achieves a harmonious blend between built and natural environments. The inclusion of personalized elements for each homeowner adds a layer of individuality and adaptability to the overall concept.
The villa's program comprises a living room, kitchen, play area, green roof, three bedrooms, a master bedroom, landscaped areas, and a pool. The use of prefabricated reinforced concrete with a flat slab on piles demonstrates a practical approach to construction, balancing durability with environmental considerations.
While the project's conceptual foundation is strong, further development in spatial articulation and material detailing would enhance its architectural expression. Emphasizing the interplay between indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as refining the integration of sustainable features, could elevate the design's overall impact.
Overall, "Dream Villa" presents a commendable effort to create a residence that resonates with its natural context and offers personalized living experiences. With additional refinement, it holds the potential to serve as a model for context-sensitive residential architecture.
