This project presents a well-structured and dynamic urban vision that strategically addresses the need for a vibrant, multifunctional center in the Hostivař district. The introduction of the elevated red pedestrian path is both conceptually strong and functionally effective, enhancing pedestrian connectivity between public transport nodes while animating the urban ground with retail and communal activities. The integration of the new town hall, cultural center, library, commercial spaces, and public parks reflects a holistic and user-centered approach to district-scale urbanism. The careful preservation of greenery and attention to diverse open space programming—such as playgrounds, yoga areas, and relaxation zones—further enrich the proposal. Additional refinement of the interface between elevated and ground-level spaces could enhance accessibility and social cohesion. Overall, the project demonstrates a mature and contextually responsive approach to urban regeneration.
