The project is a three-part architectural composition located on the shores of the Gulf of Finland in Kronstadt. It includes a central part with a grand staircase, as well as side parts containing banquet and administration areas.
The project emphasized the sacred meaning of the arch as a form for the well-being of married couples. Each part of the project is autonomous and has its own function. People who come to this place, regardless of the reason for their coming, get a beautiful view and a comfortable structure.

The central part of the project is a huge arch with stained-glass windows, which will become the main architectural element of the complex. Internal courtyards are located inside the building, which creates a unique atmosphere and attraction for visitors.

Шt is assumed that the side parts of the project will be made of monolithic concrete, and the central arch is a metal structure created from arches and connections between them
