This primary school design offers a commendable response to contemporary educational needs by integrating functional zoning, accessibility, and spatial generosity into a three-story composition organized around a central courtyard. The first floor accommodates the most active functions—dressing rooms, a dining area, a sports hall with a swimming pool, and classrooms—while the upper floors host administrative, creative, and garden spaces, enabling age-sensitive zoning and educational flexibility.
The interior layout promotes natural lighting through the use of glass corridors and a second-light feature in the main hall, fostering a bright and inviting atmosphere. The commitment to barrier-free design and inclusivity—through ramps and universally accessible entry points—is particularly noteworthy. Outdoor amenities such as a sports stadium, vegetable garden, and play areas further support the holistic development of students.
However, while functionally complete and socially thoughtful, the architectural expression of the project remains conventional. The massing, façade articulation, and material palette—primarily brick, plaster, and glass—would benefit from deeper refinement to enrich visual identity and enhance environmental performance.
Overall, this is a well-balanced and community-oriented educational facility, with strong functional clarity and inclusive planning. With further architectural refinement, it could serve as a model for progressive elementary school design.
