Dear Patryk,
This is a beautifully composed and sensitive project. You’ve managed to design a space that responds to aging not just as a condition, but as a lived experience. The atmosphere, rhythm, and warmth of the architecture feel grounded and calm there’s real empathy in the way you’ve drawn and detailed the project.
The use of wood, soft curves, and the terraced form creates a gentle architecture that belongs to the land. The central garden space and the layering of privacy are well considered. The idea of designing for different emotional states solitude, interaction, or in-between is very strong, and it shows in both the plan and the section.
The spatial quality comes through clearly. Movement is fluid, the views are thoughtful, and the material palette supports the quiet dignity of the program. The way the structure opens toward the landscape gives a feeling of openness, but also protection.
If anything, the project could go even further in exploring how daily life unfolds where do people sit, share meals, listen to music, or grieve. You’ve opened the door to that kind of architecture. Let it live in the details.
This is a gentle and mature proposal. It respects the people it’s built for, and that’s what makes it powerful. You’re doing meaningful work keep going.
