Dear team,
Your proposal demonstrates a thoughtful and socially engaged approach to domestic space. The conceptual framework, organizing the house into personal and communal blocks, is structurally coherent and programmatically sound. It reflects an ambition to reconsider dwelling not as a static enclosure, but as a platform for emotional negotiation and spatial agency.
The division between solitude and sociality is handled with clarity, and the project articulates an architecture that is responsive to both individual boundaries and collective rhythms. This is a timely and relevant agenda. However, the visual communication does not yet match the conceptual precision. The rendered views, in particular, fall behind the quality of the drawings. The discrepancy in tone, light, and materiality between the elevations and the visualizations creates an inconsistency that dilutes the affective potential of the proposal.
Moving forward, focus on aligning representation with intent. Rendering is not just image-making it is a tool to convey atmosphere, texture, and spatial character. These are essential when the architecture itself is tasked with supporting emotional nuance.
The idea is strong. Let its spatial expression speak with the same confidence and care.
