This project offers an elegant architectural intervention that bridges urban transit and heritage experience in Pompeii. The sequence of double-height rooms and ancillary service spaces creates a rhythmic spatial experience, aligning with the flow of visitor movement. The concept of the roof as a signifying gesture is well-executed, and the smaller service satellites dispersed through the archaeological site enrich the heritage interface. While the design is restrained and context-sensitive, more expressive architectural language and material detailing could further elevate the experience. It is a well-grounded urban-architectural insertion with potential for deeper spatial drama.
