The project feels grounded and well tuned to its context. The use of local materials is a strong choice, supporting both sustainability and a connection to the community. The design appears practical to construct within the region, and the variety of building prototypes adds flexibility and spatial richness to the overall scheme. The timber frame works well with the structural logic and spans, reinforcing the project’s realistic and thoughtful approach.
I noticed the use of fabric materials on the ceiling, which adds vivid color and energy to the space — it’s a really interesting gesture. If combined with a skylight design, it could create beautiful and inspiring light effects. The fabric could also be an opportunity to introduce subtle patterns or rhythm, adding another layer of texture and spatial experience.
