I was shocked seeing the same project, but I'll still share the same comment I had for your project. Kudos to your team!
The structure of your presentation is one of the most well-organized I’ve reviewed, with clear sections that communicate both the concept and technical details effectively. The visual elements, especially the renders, beautifully convey the integration of the building within the natural environment, enhancing the narrative of healing and connection to nature. The detailed floorplans are a strong asset, highlighting the functionality of each space and their relationship to users, from the rehabilitation area to the open, serene courtyard. The thoughtful zoning of the building allows for a seamless flow between the entrance, sports, and residential spaces, ensuring ease of use while also respecting privacy.
I particularly appreciate the color scheme chosen for the presentation board. It’s both calming and professional, complementing the project’s themes of healing and nature. The natural, earthy tones work harmoniously with the renders, and the layout effectively guides the viewer's eye across the project’s details, making it easy to understand your intentions. It's evident you paid careful attention to both aesthetic and functional aspects, which makes your project stand out.
Your idea of integrating materials from the ruins of the past into the new building is profoundly symbolic, offering a narrative of renewal and hope. The choice of the 'November' tree shape for the façade is a beautiful representation of nature’s resilience and fits seamlessly with your goal of connecting the building’s users with the surrounding environment. The green-covered modules on the façade are a particularly striking feature, adding an element of organic life and natural beauty that aligns with the psychological benefits of nature.
Thank you, Jakub Łukasik, Szymon Aleksiuk, for participating in the Inspireli competition. Your project not only addresses the physical needs of rehabilitation but also offers a deep, meaningful approach to mental and emotional healing. Congratulations on such a thoughtful and impactful design!
