The "APEX VISTA" hotel project offers a well-considered response to the growing tourism potential of Brod village in Dragash, with a strong emphasis on contextual integration and programmatic richness. The use of local timber and the attempt to visually blend the structure with the mountainous terrain reflect a sensitivity to both material and landscape. Internally, the project is detailed with precision and accommodates a wide range of functions—including hospitality, dining, wellness, and retail—ensuring a vibrant guest experience. The circulation is logical, and the vertical zoning provides clear operational hierarchies. However, the architectural expression could benefit from more refinement; the façade composition and overall massing remain quite conventional and miss an opportunity to more strongly reflect the stunning natural surroundings. Similarly, environmental strategies could be better integrated beyond structural logic. Overall, this is a professionally presented and contextually aware design with strong functional resolution, yet it would benefit from deeper architectural innovation and environmental sophistication.
