I really appreciate how you’ve structured this presentation—it flows smoothly from concept to execution. The “Healthy Island” idea is brilliant, and the way you tied it to Rem Koolhaas’ work on Coney Island is a great touch. It gives the project historical depth while adding a sense of innovation and future-forward thinking.
The renders do an amazing job of showing how the spaces will feel. There’s something peaceful about them—especially how the glass shell maximizes natural light and minimizes energy use. The design really captures the idea of blending architecture with nature, which I think is key to the project. The integration of a therapeutic forest and beach areas is a smart move, and it really speaks to the health-focused concept.
Your floor plans are clear and make the flow of the island’s spaces easy to understand. I can see how the design encourages social and emotional recovery. One suggestion I’d offer would be to make the vegetation in the renders look a bit more realistic—adding some people to the scenes could also help show how dynamic and lively the spaces can be when inhabited.
Thank you, Danny Alexander Pumisacho Tufino, Egor Orlov, for participating in the Inspireli competition. Your project stands out for its holistic approach to wellness and its ability to merge innovative architecture with environmental care. This is such an exciting concept with so much potential. Keep up the great work!
