The presentation of Regeneration of Alexandrino Park is very well-structured, clearly outlining the historical and cultural significance of the site while also addressing the contemporary needs of the city’s residents. The renders are beautifully done, highlighting the park's existing natural features while proposing thoughtful improvements. The masterplan plans are well detailed, offering a clear vision for how the space will be transformed into a vibrant, community-centered area. It’s evident that a lot of thought has gone into creating spaces that will enhance both the park's ecological value and its accessibility to the public.
The balance between preserving the park's historical elements, such as the ancient trees and the 18th-century building, and integrating new features that serve the needs of the modern population is particularly commendable. Your design successfully showcases a sensitivity to the existing landscape while bringing in new, functional areas that will make the park more useful and engaging for residents. The careful integration of the park’s heritage with future developments is both respectful and forward-thinking.
One suggestion I would offer is to make the vegetation in the renders appear more realistic to reflect the diverse and rich plant life that will likely populate the park. Additionally, including people in the visuals would help convey the lively and dynamic atmosphere you’re aiming for, showcasing how the park will be used by different groups of people. These small adjustments could really bring the project to life and emphasize the vibrant community aspect that your design promotes.
Thank you, Nutsa Tskvitishvili, Rabinovich Ekaterina, and congratulations for joining the Inspireli Competition! Your project is a great example of how to approach the revitalization of historical sites with care, thoughtfulness, and a focus on the needs of the community. Your vision for Alexandrino Park has the potential to transform it into a vital cultural and recreational space that will serve generations to come. Well done!
