This proposal offers a respectful and pragmatic approach to preserving the historic site of Schindler’s factory, transforming it into a space of remembrance, education, and cultural reflection. The emphasis on accessibility, multi-lingual engagement, and inclusive programming strengthens the project's relevance to both local and international audiences. The careful restoration strategy—retaining original facades, renewing industrial windows, and introducing hydro-insulation and structural rehabilitation—demonstrates technical responsibility and historical sensitivity. However, while the architectural interventions are sound, the overall spatial narrative and emotional sequencing could be more clearly articulated. Currently, the design feels functionally resolved but lacks the deeper experiential journey that such a site of memory warrants. Strengthening landscape transitions and enhancing the expressive power of interior volumes would deepen its memorial impact. Overall, this is a technically competent and socially conscious project that could be elevated through greater spatial drama and experiential layering.
