The use of environmentally friendly materials, such as green concrete, and the incorporation of glass in the elevation to maximize views, is commendable. These materials not only ensure the building’s durability but also emphasize sustainability, which is essential in such a sensitive location. Your attention to the variety of room sizes based on guest needs demonstrates a well-thought-out approach to hospitality and user experience.

The presentation boards can be improved to make your design more visually engaging and professional. Consider refining the layouts and using more dynamic visual elements to make your project stand out. Additionally, while the perspectives are good, they can be enhanced to better reflect the grandeur of a 5-star hotel. This could be achieved by emphasizing luxurious elements, adding more detail, and showing how the spaces feel luxurious, open, and inviting.

Moreover, the interior renders should reflect lighting design, as lighting is a key element in creating the right ambiance, especially for high-end spaces like a hotel. Incorporating lighting that enhances both functionality and atmosphere would elevate the design and communicate the intended mood of the spaces.
