The presentation of your project is good. The concept is well thought out, and the cultural direction of the urban amenity hub is relevant and meaningful, especially within the context of Dhaka. The plans are clear and well organized, and the layout of spaces—especially the integration of public areas and cultural functions—is commendable. The use of ramps and accessible pathways throughout the space also reflects thoughtful, inclusive design.
Your diagrams and sectional drawings are informative and well executed. They help convey the spatial and functional relationships across the project. These visuals show the amount of effort and care you’ve put into communicating the architectural intent. However, there's still room for improvement in the overall presentation style to make the graphics more refined and visually consistent.
The renders, while good, can be enhanced to create more visual impact. Consider making the vegetation more realistic and lively, as this will bring warmth and life to your scenes. Improving lighting, materiality, and adding contextual elements such as people or shadows can help your perspectives feel more dynamic and emotionally engaging. These upgrades can make your design more immersive and relatable to your audience.
You did well on this project and presented a strong foundation both conceptually and technically. With some enhancements in visual representation—especially in terms of realism and atmosphere—your work has the potential to stand out even more.
Thank you, Khan Dhrupad Mustapha, for sharing your project and for your effort throughout this presentation!
