Your presentation is nice, and it's clear that you've put effort into it, especially in terms of the overall organization and layout of the plan. However, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of presenting it in a more professional and polished manner. For example, adding more diagrams and visual aids would help communicate your design process better and make it easier for the audience to follow. It would be great to see how you arrived at your final layout, perhaps through massing studies or an exploration of different spatial configurations.
The plan itself is well-presented and clean, which makes it easy to understand. I especially appreciate how you've created distinct zones within the building, such as the showroom, warehouse, and service areas, ensuring functional clarity. The circulation flow also seems well thought out, with the service area at the core and various support spaces well distributed. However, showcasing more visual elements such as exploded views or perspectives would provide further clarity on how these spaces are connected and their relationship to one another.
Your approach to the building's design, with the green roofs and incorporation of greenery on the façade, is a nice touch that adds visual appeal while addressing sustainability. The use of natural light through skylights and the creation of a green space also demonstrates attention to environmental factors, which is commendable. In future presentations, consider adding more details on these sustainability strategies, perhaps through diagrams showing the building’s energy flow, daylight penetration, or even a section of the building showing the integration of green elements.
The presentation is solid, but adding more details, diagrams, and clearer explanations of the design decisions will elevate the professionalism and help your ideas come to life even more effectively.
Thank you,Žaneta Pawlicová, for joining, and keep up the great work!
