The facility aims to create a state-of-the-art film production center in Tripoli through the utilization of renewable energy sources, green roofs, sustainable materials, and intelligent building technology. It will not only optimize energy consumption but also promote well-being. The goal of the Industrial Heritage Revival project is to transform the abandoned steel mills in Gandour into a productive and inspiring space while respecting its historical significance.
