This project stands out as a deeply thoughtful and purpose-driven response to the cultural and social needs of Khulna. I really appreciate how the proposal blends traditional heritage with contemporary design, creating a multifunctional space that’s not only culturally inclusive but also educational, accessible, and sustainable.
The project narrative is well-developed—you clearly articulated the intent of reviving Khulna’s cultural richness through workshops, performances, and interactive art spaces. The programmatic layout demonstrates strong spatial planning, from the public gathering spaces at ground level to the quieter, reflective areas such as the book café and the green roof. I found the inclusion of studios for music, dance, pottery, and crafts especially impactful, as they provide real, tangible ways for users to engage with cultural expression.
From a presentation standpoint, I was impressed with the well-composed perspectives, clear diagrams, detailed sections, and informative isometric drawings. These visuals do a great job of guiding the viewer through the project. The story you’ve told through these materials makes the design feel alive and grounded in its cultural context.
One small suggestion for further clarity: it would be helpful to add a human scale figure or dimension lines within the plans and sections. This would help readers visualize the actual scale of the building more effectively and give a better sense of the spatial experience in person.
I also encourage you to further enhance the renderings by making them more realistic, and if possible, include interior views that show the character of materials, daylight, and user interaction. These would elevate the presentation and help better communicate the atmosphere of each space.
This is an outstanding proposal that celebrates Khulna’s identity while promoting sustainability, inclusivity, and community-driven design. The architectural response is intelligent, human-centered, and full of potential to make a meaningful impact.
Thank you, Godhuli Mostafa, for sharing this inspiring project. Congratulations.
