This ambitious thesis project introduces a highly innovative and contextually appropriate solution for urban campus development under extreme land constraints. By vertically layering academic and social functions, the design smartly integrates breathing spaces, green gardens, and communal areas to promote knowledge sharing, mental well-being, and environmental responsibility. The hybrid structural system combining RCC and steel, along with the incorporation of natural lighting and hybrid cooling, reinforces the project's strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. The articulation of fair-faced concrete and dense vegetation creates a striking urban oxygen hub, offering an inspiring alternative to the congested urban fabric of Dhaka. Further elaboration on vertical circulation flow and disaster resilience strategies could enhance the long-term viability of the design. Overall, this project makes a bold and visionary contribution to rethinking sustainable education environments in megacities.
