This hotel project is an impressive and sophisticated response to modern hospitality design, beautifully capturing the essence of postmodernism through its thoughtful reference to the Palace of Youth in Prishtina. The dynamic use of sloped roofs and protruding cubes creates an intriguing architectural language that enhances both the visual appeal and functionality of the building. This design approach results in a structure that feels both modern and timeless, while maintaining a strong connection to its architectural inspirations.
The focus on creating a flexible and functional space is evident in the choice of a skeletal concrete construction, which allows for adaptable room configurations. The inclusion of essential facilities like guest rooms, conference halls, and a restaurant ensures the project is well-suited for its target audience: the business class. The ventilated copper facade is particularly striking—its aesthetic beauty and energy efficiency are harmoniously balanced, and the natural aging of the copper will only enhance the building’s evolving character over time.
From a technical perspective, the use of copper cladding not only contributes to the building’s environmental sustainability but also adds a refined, enduring quality to its design. The open framework of the skeletal structure supports an innovative approach to interior spatial organization, allowing for a seamless blend of form and function.
For future refinement, I would recommend improving the interior perspectives to bring out the full potential of the space—there’s definitely room to make those visuals even more striking. Nonetheless, this project showcases a sophisticated understanding of architectural form, materiality, and practicality, creating a hotel that stands as both a functional space and an architectural landmark.

Dear Franc Obguia, Thank you so much for your thoughtful and encouraging feedback. I truly appreciate your attention to both the conceptual and technical aspects of the project, and I’m glad that the reference to the Palace of Youth and the overall design approach resonated with you.
Your suggestion regarding the interior perspectives is well noted—I agree that refining those visuals could further communicate the spatial potential and atmosphere of the project. I’ll definitely take that into account as I continue to develop the presentation.
Once again, thank you for your guidance and support. It means a great deal as we work to push the project to its fullest potential.
