Dear Bahar Babazadeh,
Your design for the Crimson Vista villa demonstrates a clear understanding of how to balance private and communal spaces within a family setting. The challenge of working with a difficult site shape has been effectively addressed by combining three cubic volumes, which not only respects the site but also creates a functional and aesthetic layout. The decision to use exposed concrete and white plaster for the interiors contributes to a clean, modern look while ensuring durability.
As an experienced architect, I would suggest considering the addition of large, strategically placed windows to enhance natural light and views of the surrounding environment. Incorporating sustainable elements, such as passive solar design or green roofs, could also increase the villa’s energy efficiency and environmental impact. Additionally, a flexible layout in the common areas would encourage interaction while maintaining the sense of privacy in the personal spaces.
Best of luck with your studies and your future architectural endeavors!
