The project is located in Kashtu, Zambia, Central Africa. In order to enable local children to continue their education after graduating from primary school, the local government has launched this project. This school is a boarding school where students will receive academic and practical education. According to project requirements and necessary infrastructure for the school, the area is divided into three zones: teaching zone, sports zone, and living zone.

The project has eight classrooms, three laboratories (physics, biology, chemistry), two workshops, teacher's office, library, conference room, indoor sports field, basketball court, amusement park, agriculture, restaurant, shop, hospital, and male and female dormitory buildings. Road planning follows the requirements of separating pedestrians and vehicles, setting up lane loops, and reasonably dividing pedestrian and vehicle lanes to improve safety within the campus.

The main structural system of this project is a chain cement soil block (ICEB) with a size of 104 × 290 millimeters in a single paving wall with mortar, and a wall with a thickness of 290 millimeters in a twin city mortar wall. Classrooms, laboratories, restaurants, dormitories, and other buildings should use ICEB as the main axis to form the structure. It can better utilize local materials to reduce costs.
