I think the project does a beautiful job capturing the spirit of Lebanese folklore and bringing it into a contemporary space. One way to take it even further could be to explore how the architecture itself can tell stories, not just through the layout and function of spaces, but through materials, textures, sounds, and interactive features that invite people to engage with heritage in a sensory, personal way. Imagine walking into a space and feeling a connection to a story through the stone under your feet, or the rhythm of patterns on the walls.
I’d suggest building in more flexibility within the interior spaces so the center can adapt to changing community needs and cultural expressions over time. The sustainability approach is already strong, but it could be deepened by looking at how the building will perform and evolve in the long run, maybe through a life-cycle analysis of materials or a plan to track how it serves the community after it’s built.
But overall, Great Job!
