Steel will be the primary material, highlighting its structural strength, aesthetic appeal, and sustainability benefits. The design incorporates green building practices such as recycled steel, low-carbon concrete, and energy-efficient glazing, along with maximizing natural ventilation and daylight to reduce energy consumption.
To improve spatial clarity and functionality, it is recommended that the lobby and orchestra spaces be made the dominant focal points. Additionally, the orchestra and seating should be thoughtfully centered around a main circular point, rather than appearing arbitrarily placed, to enhance flow and user experience. This approach will create a more cohesive and inviting environment for visitors and event attendees.
