The Noble Bank building is composed of 2 basement levels, a ground floor, and 5 upper floors (2B+P+5). The project is designed to meet high standards of functionality, efficiency, and comfort, serving both clients and employees in a modern banking environment. Basement -1 includes the functional connection to the public and official vaults via internal stairs from the ground floor. This level also houses the inventory storage, HVAC and heating areas, and the service block with dedicated parking for six official vehicles, staff parking, and two reserved spots for people with disabilities. Additional auxiliary spaces include rooms for technical personnel, a workshop, staff locker rooms, and sanitary facilities. Access to this level is provided via a spiral ramp.
Basement -2 is fully dedicated to parking and is accessible through the ramp descending from basement -1.
On the ground floor, the main public entrance offers direct access to the teller area and a spacious, welcoming waiting zone. Tellers are functionally connected to the public, manual, and official vaults, which extend to basement -1. These spaces are integrated into the teller hall to ensure smooth service flow and a high level of security.
On the opposite side of the building is the staff entrance, which leads directly to the teller hall while also providing access to other parts of the building, including the reception, main lobby, aperitif bar, and cafeteria – which includes a kitchen, storage room, and support office. From this shared space (the lobby), access is provided to the auditorium, which is connected to a meeting room, storage, and speaker’s room.
The main façade features a dedicated ATM entrance, located within a sheltered area, ensuring 24/7 access for the public. On the opposite side of the building, emergency fire escape stairs are positioned to meet all safety and evacuation standards.
Office Floors
The primary functional spaces – office areas – are distributed across five floors, designed to ensure natural lighting and efficient working conditions. The open-plan workspaces are adapted for teams of 2 to 4 employees, with a designated floor supervisor on each level.
First Floor: Workstations for 20 employees, five two-person offices, a department head’s office, meeting room, kitchenette, printing zone, and a combined break and recreation area.
Second Floor: Three large open spaces, each with 20 workstations, five individual offices, and the department head’s office.
Third Floor: Two workspaces with 10 desks each, five two-person offices, a department head’s office, a play area, tea kitchen, break zone, and printing area.
Fourth Floor: One workspace with 10 desks, five offices with four desks each, five offices with two desks each, department head’s office, meeting room, and printing area.
Fifth Floor: Offices for the director, deputy director, and their assistant, workspace for six administrative staff, six offices with two desks each, and a meeting room (included in the bank’s total staff capacity).
